  I haven't personally been to this facility but I know that no one should be treated the way the lady treated me when I called. She was very rude and basically hung up on me when I asked a simple question. I know that she doesn't define all of The Villas but they should make sure that who they hire isn't as rude and uncaring as she was.
  And unfortunately I had to put one star...if there was a 0 star option, I would've chosen it for her rude behavior.
